After completing his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting from Hunter College in 1993, Lloyd went back to Puerto Rico and started working with the start-up team for "El Conquistador Resort and Country Club", a 1,000-room resort in the East coast of the Island. Since then, Lloyd has been directly involved with the hospitality industry, from accounting sub divisions like auditing to departments like transportation services. Currently, and for the past five years, Lloyd has been the Business Controller and the Human Resources administrator for the Mandara Spa, a Steiner Leisure subsidiary.
